Payment & Booking Policy

To ensure availability and provide the highest standard of care, all appointments must be secured with advance payment.

Booking Process

  1. Contact Prana Praday to discuss your needs and availability

  2. Appointment time will be confirmed

  3. Payment is required via PayID to secure the booking

  4. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received

Payment Method

  • PayID (details provided at the time of booking)

  • Please use your full name as the payment reference

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full session fee being retained

Important Note

Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been received.
This policy helps reduce last-minute cancellations and allows time to be reserved exclusively for you.
